Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of nurses in providing high-quality patient care on the Paediatric ward.
- Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to hospital policies and procedures.
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A professional nursing qualification (e.g. BSc Nursing).
- At least five years' relevant experience in a leadership position in the Paediatric ward.
- Registration with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) and proof of indemnity cover.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work flexible shifts and provide own transport (if required).
R750,000 - R1,000,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
