Senior Business Development Manager

We are seeking an accomplished National Sales Manager to spearhead our sales efforts in the food production industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, key account management, and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Team Leadership & Development: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Operational & Financial Management: Monitor sales performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
- Developing and executing effective sales strategies that meet business objectives.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need a minimum of 5+ years' experience in sales management within the food production or food ingredients sector. A National Diploma in Sales & Marketing, BSc Food Science, or BTech in Food Technology/Biotechnology is also preferred. Furthermore, you should have excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
