About the Role

This exciting opportunity is for a Research Technologist to join our team at Stonebridge HR Solutions. As a key contributor to our R&D department, you will be responsible for developing new products for the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities

  1. Product Development: Develop products from specified requirements, source new raw materials, and conduct shelf life and stability testing.
  2. Raw Material Evaluation: Assess new raw materials, identify their properties, and recommend suitable applications.
  3. Formulation Development: Create new product formulations, test and refine them, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products.
  4. Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks, ensure compliance with regulations, and collaborate with suppliers to resolve issues.

Qualifications

  • A degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in food development, laboratory analysis, and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
