Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Benefits Claims Clerk to join our team at Insphired. As a Benefits Claims Clerk, you will be responsible for processing claims, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process claims in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of claims and member information.
- Provide excellent customer service to members and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure seamless claim processing.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of related experience.
- Grade 12.
- Basic knowledge of the Rules of the Funds.
- Basic knowledge of the Natural System.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good keyboard/PC skills.
- Customer service oriented.
