Role Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of staff, managing financial operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. If you have a strong background in finance, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering results, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of staff to achieve financial objectives and improve operational efficiency
  • Develop and implement financial plans, budgets, and forecasts to support business growth
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, including tax and audit requirements
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
Requirements
  • BCom in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in financial management, preferably in the Gambling/Hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial analysis, and budgeting
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, with experience in data analysis and reporting
