Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Government Officer: Procurement Expert.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure quality check compliance to all requisitions for Programme 3 in accordance with the checklist;
  2. Report acquisition status to line functions via email;
  3. Verify invoices for processing;
  4. Approve specifications on the electronic purchasing system;
  5. Manage contracts;
  6. Implement performance management;
  7. Obtain and verify lease agreements for photocopy machines used by the Department;
  8. Process billing and invoicing for copy machine usage;
  9. Manage payment of copy machines.

Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • National Diploma/B-Degree in Financial Management, Public Management or Supply Chain Management;
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in Supply Chain Management environment;
  • Valid Code B driving licence (or reasonable access to transport).
