Key Responsibilities:- Create a comprehensive understanding of current industry market and competitor trends and developments.
- Engage in consistent research to identify business objectives, associated challenges, value at risk, and priorities.
- Develop specific solutions with clients in mind, aligning outcomes to diagnosed problems.
- Schedule demos with clients, consult with Technical PreSales, obtain signed documentation, and identify under-penetrated or cross-selling opportunities.
- Document research conducted in preparation for all meetings on CRM or in the Business Case.
- Consistently update and maintain accurate records on CRM of all client interactions.
- Forecast and submit sales pipelines, attend weekly Pipeline Review meetings, and review deals won and lost.
- Attend bimonthly account planning meetings to map out stakeholders, past business information, and specific opportunities.
- 5 years prior sales experience in a similar role.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- Customer service oriented.
- Knowledge and experience of working on a CRM system.
- Ability to work under pressurized environment and meet monthly targets.
