About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Draughtsman to join our team at MC Technology Staffing. The successful candidate will have strong knowledge of electrical drafting principles and practices, as well as experience working with engineering teams.

Responsibilities
  • Diagram Creation: Create and update electrical wire diagrams based on project specifications and standards.
  • Component Assignment: Assign appropriate manufacturer parts, part numbers, and specifications to components in the diagrams.
  • Documentation: Generate and maintain key reports, such as Bills of Materials (BOM) and Wire Reports, to aid procurement and installation.
Requirements
  • Certificate or diploma in Electrical Draughting or a related field (degree holders will be considered only as a last resort).
  • Proficiency in electrical drafting tools and software, like SolidWorks electrical or AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Familiarity with wiring standards and electrical components.
