We are seeking a professional to join our services team, providing company secretariat, legal, compliance, and governance expertise to companies within our group. The role involves corporate legal, commercial, and compliance functions, requiring a relevant Tertiary Qualification (LLB) and 5 years of related experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide company secretariat services in accordance with the Companies Act, ensuring timely compliance and accuracy.
  • Support the Group Directors and subsidiary company Executive Directors in strategic decision-making and operational matters.
  • Draft minutes, resolutions, and maintain statutory records, guaranteeing transparency and accountability.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, arrange venues, and attend meetings to ensure effective communication and collaboration.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Tertiary Qualification (LLB) and at least 5 years of related experience in corporate legal, commercial, and compliance functions.
  • Solid understanding of company secretariat practices, corporate governance, and regulatory environments.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Salary Information:

The estimated annual salary for this position is approximately R900,000 - R1,200,000 based on industry standards and market conditions.
