As a Credit Controller at Rectron South Africa, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our debt collection process.
Key ResponsibilitiesYour key responsibilities will include:
- Processing financial transactions and collecting debts.
- Preparing invoices for clients and managing their statements.
- Responding to client queries in a timely manner.
- Managing the company's cash flow and distributing accurate monthly statements to clients.
- Identifying and reporting highlighted accounts and problem areas to management.
- Communicating with debtors regarding outstanding payments.
- Performing general administrative tasks, including maintenance and filing.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A matric certificate and a general accountancy certificate.
- Administration skills, including proficiency in Excel.
- The ability to work under pressure and manage your time effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong people skills and a well-disciplined approach to work.
A minimum of 2 years' experience in an accounting environment is required for this role.
