Job Title: Head of Marketing

Capital H Staffing and Advisory Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Marketing to lead our marketing and branding efforts as we scale and diversify our offerings.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that support our business objectives, including expanding our core services and new product lines. This will involve managing multiple projects and collaborating closely with key internal and external stakeholders to drive marketing initiatives that deliver results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to grow core and new services, including bill payments, e-commerce, and SaaS, as well as supporting geographical expansion.
  • Manage advertising, digital marketing initiatives, social media, PR, newsletters, and content updates to ensure consistent brand messaging and maximum impact.
  • Conduct market research and monitor industry trends to enhance our marketing approach and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Plan and manage events to promote our brand and services, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
  • Liaise closely with cross-functional teams and external service providers to align and execute marketing efforts.
  • Lead marketing campaigns, analyze performance, and adjust strategies based on data-driven insights to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Manage marketing budgets and resources, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment.
Requirements
  • 8-10 years' experience in a similar marketing role, with at least 5 years in a senior marketing role.
  • Relevant bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field.
  • Experience in the Financial Services industry, with a focus on the Payments industry preferred.
  • Fluent in English, with Afrikaans a plus.
