Responsibilities

As a Payroll Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the HR administration team to achieve employee wellness objectives
  • Compiling new policies and maintaining up-to-date records of existing policies
  • Obtaining, processing, and ensuring timeous and accurate payment of salaries to all staff
  • Creating monthly timesheets for store staff and uploading leave forms
  • Analyzing and checking new employee uploads and receiving and processing deductions

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license and own reliable vehicle
  • Ability to travel locally when required
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and contribute to a fast-paced environment
