Job Title: Finance Admin Clerk

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Finance Admin Clerk to join our team at Sandi Crowther Recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Applications: Coordinate and manage administrative applications, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
  • Administrative Section Supervision: Allocate, monitor, and supervise the administrative section, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality results.
  • Invoicing and Fee Management: Invoicing of administrative applications for surveys, updating the fee book, and coordinating FEC applications for invoices.
  • Funding and Supplier Management: Coordinate funding with the bank for received funds, check supplier invoices against quotes, and authorize invoices.
  • Remittances and Payments: Prepare and load EFT supplier payments, maintain and update beneficiary information, and forward remittances to clients.
  • Enquiries and Queries: Handle enquiries and queries on customer invoices and supplier invoices, and compile repatriations for remittance.
Requirements:
  • Education: Matric and a relevant Commerce/Accounts Diploma/qualification.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of practical finance/admin experience.
  • Language Skills: Excellent English written and verbal skills.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in Excel and Word.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Ability to work as part of a team and possess good interpersonal skills.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work under pressure and work overtime when necessary to meet deadlines.
