Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Support Specialist to join our team in the UK market. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer needs are met, and exceeding expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Support:
    Provide timely and effective support to customers via various channels, including email, live chat, social media, phone, and voicemail.
  2. Knowledge Management:
    Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, using systems like ZenDesk, G Suite, and Slack for reporting and improvement purposes.
  3. Product Expertise:
    Develop expertise on campaign-specific services, features, and capabilities to educate customers and encourage self-service.
  4. Relationship Building:
    Build strong relationships with customers, displaying empathy and practicing active listening to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality experience is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is necessary.
