At Phaki Personnel, we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Coordinator to join our team. In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support in terms of drafting and formatting submissions, arranging logistics for workshop meetings, minute taking of all meetings under SCM, coordinating and compiling all necessary information and documents, managing and maintaining the document tracking system, providing Client Relation Management Services, keeping records of all documents for the SCM Unit, and providing administrative assistance with processes to administer services level agreement with clients.

Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-quality administrative support to the SCM team, including drafting and formatting submissions, arranging logistics for workshop meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Client Relations: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Document Management: Manage and maintain the document tracking system, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and easily accessible.
  • Minute Taking: Take accurate and detailed minutes of all meetings under SCM, ensuring key decisions and actions are recorded.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Grade 12 certificate and a minimum of 1 year experience in a supply chain management environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a strong understanding of document management systems.
