Position Overview: We are seeking a Marketing Coordinator proficient in Hebrew, with substantial experience in crafting and implementing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Formulate and execute detailed marketing strategies to promote our extensive calendar of events.
  • Maintain a consistent representation of the school’s brand and identity.
  • Foster a positive school environment that reflects a religious Jewish ethos.
  • Oversee and coordinate marketing initiatives, collaborating effectively within a team.
  • Identify avenues for enhancing visibility, inquiries, and student enrollments.
  • Build and nurture relationships with media outlets to maximize publicity.
  • Manage digital marketing efforts, including website content and social media planning and production.
  • Engage with feeder schools and community organizations to strengthen relationships.
  • Compile and refresh promotional materials; oversee design and production processes.
  • Proofread and refine documents and articles as necessary.
  • Identify and negotiate advertising opportunities, providing content input and final approvals.
  • Support all school events, including planning, coordination, and participation in programs and gatherings.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to initiate events and present ideas to school leadership.
  • Design and implement projects focused on recruitment and retention, such as open days and community initiatives.
  • Assist in generating ideas and coordinating fundraising events led by students.
  • Collaborate with Foundation staff to organize events for alumni and donors.
  • Support internal projects as needed.
  • Manage relationships with marketing suppliers, ensuring quality delivery aligned with strategic plans and budgets.
  • Work closely with service providers to plan and achieve successful photo/video shoots.
  • Oversee and manage the departmental budget.
  • Source promotional items for various needs.
  • Enhance internal communications.
  • Draft press releases and manage all media communications.
  • Conduct tours for prospective parents and students.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of marketing experience (corporate experience is a plus).
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Experience with Meta Suite.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics.
  • Proficient in WordPress.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to various marketing platforms and software tools.
  • Able to read and comprehend Hebrew.
