Job Overview:
A leading South African recruitment agency seeks an Operations Manager to join their team in KwaZulu-Natal. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth operation of all activities within the region.

Key Responsibilities:
Call Centre: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), error codes, technical assignments and track completion of tasks.
Technical: Attend weekly meetings with technical managers to discuss progress on call and installation completion.
Sales: Meet with sales managers to address any issues and concerns.
Procurement: Conduct stock take checks, monitor work-in-progress (WIP) and ensure projects are invoiced and closed in a timely manner.
Installations: Sign off deal files before they are sent for invoicing and complete quality control calls after installations are complete.
Connectivity: Participate in weekly catch-up meetings with teams and approve SIM swaps according to guidelines.
Finance: Track fuel spend, query discrepancies, ensure accurate invoicing and approve credit notes.
Human Resources: Monitor time and attendance, raise performance and disciplinary issues with HR, conduct KPIs and manage leave requests.
Health and Safety: Ensure staff and environment comply with health and safety directives.

Requirements:
Completed Matric Certificate
Relevant tertiary qualification in Operations/Management/Project management advantageous
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar role in Operations/Project management in the telecommunications industry
Valid license and reliable vehicle essential
Knowledge of Microsoft Office and ERP/software systems
Ability to work occasional overtime.
