About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Human Capital Processor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating the payroll process, managing employee leave, and maintaining accurate records. Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate the payroll process, ensuring timely and accurate payment of wages.
  2. Manage employee leave applications, including annual leave, sick leave, and unpaid leave.
  3. Maintain accurate records of employee hours, leave, and wage information.
  4. Assist managers with queries related to employee leave and wages.
  5. Process NBCRFLI on-line returns and ensure compliance with Council regulations.
  6. File all relevant documents and reports accurately and efficiently.


Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:
  • A high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in payroll coordination or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and files.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with VIP software.
