Duties & Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the quality assurance manager to ensure compliance with BRCGS standards and regulations, achieving certification and continuous improvement.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Train and guide staff members on quality control procedures, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining high standards.
  • Stay current with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to improve our quality control processes.
Requirements
  • Grade 12, tertiary qualification; minimum diploma in packaging, food safety, quality or equivalent.
  • Valid driver's license and own transport for traveling to clients and branches.
  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the wine industry.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
