The ideal candidate will have 2-3 years' experience in food retail management and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. Strong leadership and communication skills, as well as a deep knowledge of food safety and inventory management, are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead and manage the Fresh Foods Departments.
  2. Ensure that all products meet our high-quality standards.
  3. Develop and execute strategies to drive sales, reduce waste, and optimise inventory.
  4. Provide exceptional customer service and create a shopping experience that exceeds customer expectations.

Requirements:
  1. Grade 12 qualification.
  2. 2-3 years' experience/training in food retail management.
  3. Experience managing fresh foods in a supermarket, café, or eatery environment.
