Job Description
The Human Capital and Payroll Administrator will be responsible for a range of tasks, including processing payroll, maintaining payroll records, and ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory regulations. They will also handle employee payroll queries, reconcile payroll reports, and liaise with Finance for month-end processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of HR and payroll principles, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. They should have experience with payroll processing and HRIS systems, knowledge of employee benefits administration and statutory compliance, and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HR/Payroll systems (e.g., SAP, SAGE, or similar).
