Job Description

Network Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Debt Management Lead Specialist to join their team in Sandton.

The successful candidate will oversee the debtors team, manage the credit and collections function, provide leadership and training innovation, and ensure that the credit and billing policies are developed for approval and communicated to operational divisions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the monthly invoice process on an ongoing basis
  • Develop and maintain credit and billing policies
  • Prepare and submit monthly credit management reports
Requirements:
  • 3 years of experience in a managerial role
  • BCom Accounting or BCom Financial Accounting degree
  • Ability to handle high-pressure environments
  • Hospitality industry experience

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to work under pressure. The salary for this position is estimated at R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience.
