Job Description

This role involves verifying and classifying documentation, as well as registering, routing, and indexing it accurately. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Verify documentation received and assess its accuracy.
  2. Administer documents and information with precision.
  3. Develop a comprehensive understanding of specialized environments to provide expert routing and documentation services.
  4. Classify, register, route, and index documentation for various business areas.
  5. Maintain high quality and quantity standards, meeting daily targets and performance metrics.
Requirements and Qualifications
  1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  2. Ability to capture 30 words per minute at a 60% accuracy rate.
  3. Excellent command of the English language and computer literacy (MS Office).
