The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role within the plastic manufacturing industry. They should possess strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes and be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

A successful Senior Production Operations Manager will lead, motivate, and train team members, ensuring quality issues are reported immediately. They will also conduct regular performance reviews, encourage ongoing improvement, and foster a positive work environment.

In this role, you will uphold health and safety standards, ensure compliance with food safety principles, and maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) in line with the Food Safety Management System (FSMS).

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Production Manager role in the plastic manufacturing industry
  • Strong knowledge of plastic manufacturing processes
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Predictable salary: R850,000 - R1,100,000 per annum

We offer a competitive salary package, which includes an estimated R925,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
