You will be responsible for managing operations and financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Matric Certificate
  • 5 years' experience in managing a residential estate
  • Comprehensive understanding of relevant legislation and regulations
  • Proven experience in managing operations and financial aspects
  • Computer literate and proficient in MS Office and Pastel
  • Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
