Job Role Summary

We are seeking a Regulatory Complaint Specialist Lead to join The Recruitment Council's team. This role involves managing complaints related to Insurance and Financial Services, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining effective stakeholder relationships.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Investigate complaints for all company insurance products, policy services, service providers, and sales channels.
  • Keep abreast of legislation and industry changes impacting the role, staying updated through relevant newsletters, websites, and sessions.
  • Ensure quality in investigation, communication, and resolution of complaints.
Essential Qualifications:
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • High Certificate in Short-Term Insurance and High Certificate in Financial Products (Long-Term Insurance).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience as a Legal Practitioner or Regulatory Complaints Specialist in the Insurance/Financial Services sector, focusing on dispute resolution.
