About the Role:
This role will require you to manage complex schedules, maintain and organize files, prepare reports, track budgets, assist with procurement, and coordinate marketing campaigns. You will also assist in creating engaging content, monitor performance metrics, ensure branding guidelines, support material production, plan events, act as a liaison between departments, manage vendor relationships, and engage with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule Coordination: Coordinate and manage complex schedules, meetings, and correspondence for the line manager and team members.
- Document Control: Maintain and organize files, documents, and marketing materials in a secure and accessible manner.
- Report Development: Prepare professional reports, presentations, and agendas as required.
- Financial Management: Track and manage budgets and invoices related to communications activities.
- Procurement Support: Assist with procurement of goods and services within the Corporate Communications unit.
- Marketing Strategy: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, and offline strategies.
- Content Development: Assist in creating engaging content for social media, blogs, and newsletters.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and report on marketing performance metrics and campaign results.
- Brand Alignment: Ensure all branding guidelines are followed across internal and external communications.
- Material Design: Support the production of branded materials, including brochures, presentations, and event signage.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing event and promotional activities.
- Liaison Function: Act as the liaison between the Corporate Communications team and other departments.
- Vendor Relationship: Manage communication with external vendors, agencies, and partners.
- Customer Service: Address inquiries from clients or stakeholders related to communications activities.
Requirements:
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
- 3-5 years experience in an administrative role within a communications or marketing department
- Strong practical knowledge of office management
- Professional and approachable demeanor
- Team player with strong interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Keen interest in brand development and marketing trends
