**About the Role:**

We are looking for an experienced and skilled Executive Chef to lead our culinary team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating innovative menus, managing kitchen operations, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.

**Responsibilities:**

  1. Design and create high-quality, seasonal menus for various dining outlets.
  2. Lead, manage, and inspire a team of chefs and kitchen staff to maintain smooth kitchen operations.
  3. Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene across all kitchen operations.
  4. Develop and execute unique culinary experiences for guests in collaboration with the hotel management team.
  5. Manage kitchen inventory, ordering, and relationships with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness without compromising quality.

**Requirements:**

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or in a senior culinary leadership role, preferably in a luxury hotel or fine dining environment.
  • Culinary degree or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate, train, and manage a diverse team.
  • Expertise in high-end, fine-dining cuisine and a commitment to using the highest-quality ingredients.
