Wns is seeking a highly skilled Financial Operations Manager to lead our accounting and reporting functions.

This role involves the preparation of annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with IFRS regulations, and analysing and drafting annual financial statements. Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for leading investigations and mentoring team members.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to manage reports and tax compliance effectively. They will also be responsible for fixed asset management and updating financial reporting.

Other key responsibilities include resolving discrepancies, retrieving monthly amounts for SLA balances, updating annual budgets and forecasts, and preparing ongoing and ad hoc reports and presentations.

Apart from these tasks, the Financial Operations Manager will oversee accounting and reporting timetables, ensure reporting requirements are identified and implemented, and update financial information of the monthly Product Flash for reporting purposes.

We are looking for someone who can apply relevant principles to accurately record, adjust and reconcile financial transactions and handle losses and risk implementation effectively.

The selected candidate will also be responsible for compiling reports to track longer-term fixed assets movements and maintain financial records, reviewing financial business performance, monitoring business activities, and providing timely reporting.

A strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach, the Financial Operations Manager will be accountable for strategy implementation and responsible for operational or business area budget management. Furthermore, they will ensure the implementation and monitoring of financial controls and manage costs and corporate governance effectively.
