Job Title: Facilities Manager - Operations

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Facilities Manager - Operations to oversee the daily operations of the Centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, managing security systems, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate maintenance activities to ensure facilities are clean, well-maintained, and in good repair.
  • Manage security systems, monitor shops and businesses, and establish emergency response plans.
  • Develop and implement safety directives, conducting regular OSH inspections and maintaining accurate records.
  • Oversee procurement of furnishings and equipment, ensuring quality, price, and timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Maturity or equivalent education required.
  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
