Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Special Admin Manager to support business objectives by managing the fulfilment of requests from clients and staff, ensuring effective levels of client satisfaction and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial losses through efficient risk and process management.
  • Evaluate and improve process effectiveness by tracking, measuring, and analysing data.
  • Develop and implement effective planning to ensure capacity meets business requirements.
  • Improve efficiency by identifying opportunities for process re-engineering or automation.
  • Lead and manage a high-performing team, creating an environment for optimal performance through talent identification, career conversations, and talent retention programmes.
  • Administer end-to-end investment products, from client onboarding to client exit.
Requirements
  • A high standard of personal presentation.
  • Self-motivation, organisation, and ability to adapt and tackle varied challenges.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications
  • Matric / Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
  • Professional Qualifications/Honour's Degree.
Preferred Qualification
  • Honours degree in Commerce.
Minimum Experience Level
  • 7 years plus in financial services - Asset management.
  • 5 years plus in management of people.
  • 7 years plus in an investment administration management role.
  • Experience in automating or digitising processes.
  • Understanding of the regulatory environment governing investment products.
  • Experience as a Team Leader or Manager in a Client Services Centre in Asset Management.
