We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nurse Aide to join our team at Ignasio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing basic nursing care to patients under the supervision of a registered nurse. This is a full-time position with a 40-hour work week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the registered nurse.
- Assist with medical procedures and treatments as directed by the registered nurse.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients.
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients.
- Document patient care and observations accurately and timely.
- Assist with feeding and meal preparation for patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare team members.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
