**About the Job**
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Durban. This exciting opportunity has arisen due to our continued growth and expansion into new markets.
As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships and account management. Your primary objective will be to identify and pursue new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop and execute business plans to achieve revenue targets.
Key Requirements
- Proven track record in business development and sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business or marketing.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients to identify business opportunities and close deals.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather market insights and best practices.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and progress towards targets.
