Automotive Service Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Service Advisor to join our team at a reputable dealership in East London. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:- Customer Interaction: Greet customers, assess their service needs, and provide personalized solutions.
- Scheduling and Calendar Management: Schedule service appointments, manage the service calendar, and ensure seamless communication with customers and technicians.
- Communication and Collaboration: Communicate repair status, estimates, and recommendations to customers, and collaborate with technicians to understand service requirements.
- Record Keeping and Accuracy: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and service history.
- Customer Satisfaction: Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Issue Resolution: Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Service Promotion: Promote service specials and additional services to customers, driving revenue growth and customer engagement.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; automotive background preferred.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused attitude and commitment to service excellence.
- Multitasking and Adaptability: Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a basic knowledge of automotive systems a plus.
