Job Description:
In this role, you will be responsible for evaluating and analyzing wholesale credit applications, conducting credit risk assessments, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. You will also lead a small team of junior analysts, guiding and training them to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in credit analysis, with a strong understanding of credit risk principles.
  • 6 months to 1 year of management or supervisory experience, demonstrating leadership and teamwork skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial systems, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
