About the Role

Dis-Chem Pharmacies is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to fill the position of Frontshop Merchandiser. As a Frontshop Merchandiser, you will be responsible for maintaining the store's visual merchandising standards, supporting the sales process, and providing exceptional customer service.

The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of retail operations and administration, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills. They will also be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.

  • Maintain the store's visual merchandising standards by ensuring that products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible to customers.
  • Support the sales process by assisting customers with their queries and providing product recommendations.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently, handling cash, credit card payments, and other forms of payment.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Knowledge of retail operations and administration.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records.
Requirements
  • Grade 12 – Matric or Senior Certificate.
  • 0 – 6 Months Retail work experience.
