About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Sales and Account Development Specialist to drive client acquisition and onboarding efforts, ensuring our ambitious growth targets are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the industry and market trends, with experience in sales and business development.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and prioritizing suitable prospects, maintaining a strong pipeline, and overseeing the entire acquisition process. They will also be responsible for building authentic relationships with clients, negotiating favorable terms, and identifying future upsell opportunities.
Your Responsibilities:
- Identify and prioritize potential clients across industries using your knowledge of last-mile logistics.
- Generate qualified leads through outbound techniques such as emails and phone calls, and utilize CRM tools to record activity and follow up on conversations.
- Create and manage a robust sales pipeline with a long-term view to achieve sales targets and drive customer success.
- Develop and execute strategies to acquire new clients, and establish strong relationships with potential clients.
- Lead and drive the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring their seamless transition and maximizing our share gain.
- Cultivate key client relationships that drive revenue, strengthen the brand, and execute targets to support company-wide growth ambitions.
- Take ownership of relevant metrics to drive performance improvement.
Requirements:
- You enjoy working in a fast-paced agile environment, working independently, and are a self-starter.
- You are laser-focused on customer experience and have a consultative and relational sales approach.
- You are dynamic and can cope with changes to our product and solution set.
- Experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record in enterprise sales.
- Excellent communication, selling, and closing skills.
- Ability to take on feedback and coaching.
- Strong analytical and administrative skills, including experience in CRM tools and data analysis.
