IT Infrastructure Specialist

At Farm Manager SA, we are seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. This is a key role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent communication skills.

The successful candidate will have at least 3-5 years of experience in relevant fields, such as CompTIA A+ and CompTIA N+, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, and additional networking certifications would be advantageous. Strong computer literacy and written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.

This position involves managing all calls on the helpdesk, managing and supporting desktop technicians, communicating with users, and providing in-person support. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, developing feedback reports on the helpdesk for management, and maintaining accurate records are also critical components of this job.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for professional growth and development.
