The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of workshop administrators and coordinating all activities related to the service delivery process.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of workshop administrators to ensure efficient service delivery
  • Coordinating all activities related to the service delivery process
  • Ensuring that all vehicles are inspected and repaired to the highest quality standards
  • Providing exceptional customer service and communicating effectively with customers about our quality control processes
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within the automotive industry
  • An unendorsed driver's license
  • Computer literacy
  • Succesful demonstration of competency
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
