Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Restaurant Operations: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring high-quality service, efficient food and beverage management, and exceptional customer experience.
  • Manage Restaurant Revenue: Maintain revenue, profitability, and quality goals, ensuring the restaurant's financial performance meets company expectations.
  • Ensure Quality Standards: Maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards, adhering to company and statutory regulations.
  • Manage Restaurant Staff: Appraise staff performance, provide feedback to improve productivity, and train new and current employees on proper customer service practices.
  • Coordinate Daily Operations: Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
  • Control Operational Costs: Identify measures to cut waste, control operational costs, and promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 and Hospitality Diploma
  • Experience: Proven work experience as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Hospitality Manager, or similar role
  • Skills: Management skills, experience in both front and back of the house, familiarity with restaurant management software, and strong beverage & wine knowledge
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work long hours, night shifts, and weekends to meet operational requirements.
