Job Title: BI And Reporting Engineer

At Recru-it, we're seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of our data presentation systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain BI Reports: Design, develop, and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards using tools such as Microsoft Power BI and SSRS to provide clear and actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct Data Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of investment products, portfolio performance, and financial instruments, ensuring data accuracy and relevance for decision-making.
  • Collaborate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with portfolio managers, analysts, and other stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions that support strategic objectives.
  • Optimize Database Performance: Design, implement, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to ensure efficient data retrieval and processing from large datasets.
Requirements:
  • Strong Technical Skills: Proficient in BI tools such as Microsoft Power BI and Microsoft SSRS, with experience in designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and reports that drive business decisions.
  • SQL Skills: Strong SQL skills, including experience in developing complex queries, stored procedures, and optimizing performance in SQL Server.
  • ETL Experience: Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts, including data integration, migration, and synchronization using tools like SSIS, Informatica, or Talend.
  • Programming Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Python for advanced data manipulation and analysis, including experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and Matplotlib.
