Senior Financial Coordinator for Hospitality Industry

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Executive Assistant to join our team at Wild Dreams Hospitality. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for assisting with financial administration tasks, providing administrative support to senior management, and maintaining records and documents.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will have a strong background in financial accounting and management accounting, with experience in hospitality industry. You will be required to process tax payments, prepare financial statements, oversee client accounts, and provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior management team members.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with financial administration tasks, including processing tax payments and preparing financial statements
- Provide administrative support to the CEO and other senior management team members, such as booking travel and accommodation
- Maintain records and documents for Special Projects
- Report as required by the CEO
- Prepare or assist in preparing financial or administrative reports
To be considered for this role, you must have:
- A minimum of 2-3 years experience in the Hospitality Industry
- 3 years minimum experience in financial accounting & management accounting
- Grade 12
- Solid interpersonal skills
- Valid RSA ID
We offer a competitive salary, negotiable within reason, dependent on experience and qualifications. Our remuneration package includes:
- Salary negotiation based on experience and qualifications
- 5% Provident forms part of the CTC package (compulsory membership)
- Medical aid for individuals only, restricted to Classic Saver or below option on Discovery forms part of CTC package (voluntary membership)
This role is located at Wild Dreams Hospitality, with estimated salary range R600,000 - R800,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
