About Us:
Wellington Health & Fitness Club is a leading private members club serving 2000 members, local community sporting clubs, and accommodating the College's PE and Sports programme throughout the academic year. Our club offers a unique opportunity to be part of a dynamic and innovative team dedicated to providing exceptional service and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Fitness Assessments: Deliver high-quality fitness assessments to new and existing members using computerised fitness and wellbeing assessments.
- Exercise Programming: Provide safe and appropriate fitness sessions and exercise programmes relevant to all members' needs and ongoing fitness levels.
- Safety and Technique: Ensure all members perform safe and correct exercise techniques at all times.
- Retention Strategies: Be proactive in all retention strategy programmes to ensure member satisfaction and loyalty.
- Personal Training: Lead and/or assist in arranging new member challenges and incentives throughout the year.
- Class Delivery: Deliver high-quality classes to members when on shift as required based on qualifications and experience.
- Gym Operations: Undertake day-to-day cleaning of all equipment and general upkeep of the gym including stock replenishment as required.
- Reception Duties: Cover the fitness reception as and when required.
- Team Support: Assist the Fitness Manager with the day-to-day running of the gym.
