We are seeking an experienced Water Treatment Plant Operations Manager to join our team at Oxyon People Solutions. This is a key leadership role that requires strong technical expertise and excellent management skills.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation of water treatment plants, including managing teams of general workers and ensuring compliance with safety procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the smooth operation of water treatment plants, including the replacement of filter media in Activated Carbon Filters.
- Supervising a team of general workers involved in repack procedures.
- Managing contracts with subcontractors and ensuring compliance with QA procedures.
- Providing reliable service to customers and ensuring compliance with requirements of ISO 9000-2001 and relevant Client SHE System.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A minimum of five years' experience in the Water Treatment Industry related to Repacks for Activated Carbon Filters and related Filters such as Polishing Filters.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer literacy and familiarity with project management software.
