  • Education: Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Commerce degree, with a Diploma in Advanced Business Management: Business Analysis or a related field.
  • Skills: Expert knowledge of collections, collection strategies, and operations, with experience configuring collections decision systems.
  • Methodologies: Agile and Waterfall Methodology, with experience in messaging platforms, protocols, and techniques, such as Kafka, and event sourcing.
