Job Title: Sales Consultant

Profession Hub is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team in Bloemfontein. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with key customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to ensure their needs are met and they do not turn to competitors.
  • Customer Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough analysis of customer needs and requirements to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Sales and Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, and develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and revenue.
  • Communication and Problem-Solving: Serve as the primary point of contact for key customers, resolving any issues or problems that may arise and maintaining trust and confidence.
  • Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare regular progress reports and forecasts for internal and external stakeholders, using key account metrics to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree in Sales and Marketing or Business Management.
  • Language: Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in sales and business development.

  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with professionals at all levels.
  • Sales and Marketing Expertise: Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
