We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader to join our team at Anchor Hanover. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.

As a Senior Care Assistant / Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of care assistants, providing guidance and support to ensure the delivery of exceptional care. You will also be responsible for dispensing medication, managing care plans, and contributing to the overall well-being of our residents.

We are looking for someone who is customer-focused, committed to delivering exceptional care, and has a strong attention to detail. While a Level 3 qualification in health and social care is not essential, you should be interested in working towards it.

Please note that Anchor Hanover does not provide tier 2 sponsorship, and you must have the right to work in the U.K. to apply for this position.
