  • Cost Analysis and Control: Analyze and control costs to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Tax Compliance: Ensure compliance with all tax laws and regulations.
  • Treasury Function and Cash Control: Manage cash flow and ensure effective treasury operations.
  • Homeowners and Related Party Matrix: Manage relationships with homeowners and ensure accurate tracking of related party transactions.
  • Procurement and Stock Control: Oversee procurement and stock control processes to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Payroll and Fixed Assets: Manage payroll and fixed assets to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Budgeting and Budgetary Control: Develop and manage budgets to ensure effective financial planning.
  • Accounts Receivable and Creditors: Manage accounts receivable and creditors to ensure timely payment and accurate tracking.
  • External Audit and Annual Financial Statements: Ensure compliance with external audit requirements and prepare annual financial statements.
  • Ad-Hoc Requests: Provide financial support and advice to stakeholders as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Grade 12 or equivalent and a degree or diploma in Accounting or Cost and Management Accounting.
  • Experience: 2 or more years' experience in a similar field.
  • Skills: Advanced skills in MS Office, Sage Evolution, and hospitality accounting experience.
