The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a team of artists and leading them to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the layout artist team, communicating training to the team effectively, and managing workflow within the department to ensure efficiency. They will also be expected to implement measures to ensure all work meets high-quality standards and maintain a 24-hour proof turnaround time.
