Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement maintenance strategies to maximize asset performance and reliability
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance tasks on packaging and plastics equipment
  • Oversee equipment upgrades and installations
  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify improvement opportunities
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives in the maintenance department
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance
Requirements:
